At TOSA Furniture Boutique, we want you to love your home; if a piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure items are in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a successful return.

Return Process

  Contact our concierge team via email with your order number and photos of the item to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Prepare for Pickup

  Carefully disassemble the furniture and place it back into its original protective packaging to prevent damage during transit.

  Schedule Collection

  Once your request is approved, our specialized white-glove logistics partner will contact you to schedule a convenient pickup window.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
